This Privacy Policy constitutes an agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Gender Unicorns (“we”, “team”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the genderunicorns.com website, the Gender Unicorns NFTs, the Gender Unicorns apps, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, mobile application, code, text, content that is related, linked, or otherwise connected to it (collectively, the “Site” and the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy takes into account the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Appendix 1 outlines the details of the additional rights of individuals located in the EU as well as information on how we process the personal information of individuals located in the EU.
